° Optional Photographs and longer
messages should be sent by email to

quoting your order number in the subject
line.
° Please enter your text carefully as
spelling mistakes can not always be
corrected.
° Next Day
and 9.00am Delivery can only be achieved
with orders placed before 12 Noon the
day previous. We cannot guarantee
delivery on Saturday or Sunday's please
allow for this when placing order.
° Orders
placed after 12 noon are processed the
next business
day, (Monday to Friday).
° Orders
placed over the weekends
will be processed on Mondays
- we do not despatch orders on
Saturdays or Sundays.
We require
24 hours to assemble your
order regardless of delivery options
selected but we will send your order
as per your upgraded delivery
selection.
The delivery Address that you
ask us to despatch goods to
must have someone present to
sign for the delivery,
otherwise the goods are
returned to either your
local Initial CityLink depot
or your local Post Office
delivery office.
For Royal
Mail despatches. If an
order has not been delivered
as no-one is available at
the receiver address the
Postman will have left a
card. Customers will have to
collect the item from their
local postal delivery office
within 2 weeks or your
item will be returned to us.
Items requiring to be
despatched again will incur
additional delivery charges.
For City
Link despatches. If an
order has not been delivered
as no-one is available at
the receiver address
customers will have to
collect the item or agree to
pay additional delivery
charges imposed by City Link.
Additional Delivery
Attempts -
City Link
will attempt to deliver to
the address specified or
leave with a neighbour where
possible .
Unfortunately further
delivery attempts are at
extra cost but can be
purchased by
clicking on
this link.
Change of Delivery -
After product has despatched.
If you have received a card
from City Link regarding a
delivery attempt you can arrange to
change the delivery address
to somewhere that someone
can receive the despatch.
Unfortunately changes of
address carry
additional charges, again
imposed by City Link, (not
us).
Missing or Lost
Items -
All orders
are despatched within their
advertised time frames. Upon
completion of an order, our
website will send you an
"Order Processed"
email message which lets you
know that your goods are on
their way to you.
For UK
deliveries your order should
arrive normally
within our advertised
timeframes.
If
you have not received your
order within 7 days
of us despatching
you must advise us that your
goods are missing so we can
arrange an investigation,
and replacement. If you wait
longer than 7 days we can
not guarantee tracking down
your order.

is uninsured against loss
Recorded Delivery
- Your order will
have a tracking number and
is insured against loss or
damage up to a max value of
£30 should anything go wrong
with delivery we will be
able to compensate your
insured loss.
Next Day

We use the Royal Mail
Special Delivery Service and
Next Day Citypaks from
Initial City Link - In both
cases your goods are fully
traceable and insured
against loss up to £500.
Next Day 9.00am
Service - For
urgent Timed Deliveries
which are traceable and
insured against loss or
damage.
International Signed
For® gives you the
confidence and re-assurance
of having your mail signed
for on delivery, just about
anywhere in the world. It's
a relatively low price to
pay for peace of mind.
International Signed For
costs just £3.30 per item on
top of your normal postage.
This price includes up to
£30 compensation in the
unlikely event that your
mail is lost or damaged en
route.

the safest, fastest and most
reliable service to use.
Airsure provides priority
handling both at home and
overseas, with quick
despatch on the next
available flight to its
destination, and electronic
tracking of delivery. You
