Delivery Information:
To Avoid
Disappointment All Customers Please Read
Notes Below
° Next Day
and 9.00am Delivery can only be achieved
with orders placed
before 12 Noon the
day previous.
° Saturday
Deliveries can only be made if
customer has selected this option from
the Delivery Requirements when placing order.
° No
deliveries are made on Sundays.
° Orders
placed after 12 noon are processed the
next business
day, (Monday to Friday).
° Orders
placed over the weekends
(from 12 noon Friday to midnight Sunday)
will be processed on Mondays
- we do not despatch orders on
Saturdays or Sundays.
°
We require 24 hours to assemble your
order (excluding pre 12 noon orders
with Next Day Delivery) regardless of delivery options
selected but we will send your order
as per your upgraded delivery
selection.
°
The Delivery Address that you
ask us to despatch goods to
must have someone present to
sign for the delivery,
otherwise the goods are
returned to either your
local Initial City Link depot
or your local Post Office
delivery office. Normally we
would
recommend delivering to work
addresses rather
than residential addresses
as very often no-one is home
to sign for your order.

If an order has not been
delivered as no-one is
available at the receiver
address, customers will have to
collect the item or agree to
pay additional delivery
charges to City Link.
°
Additional Delivery
Attempts -
City Link
will attempt to deliver to
the address specified or
leave with a neighbour where
possible.
Unfortunately further
delivery attempts are at
extra cost but can be
purchased by
clicking on
this link.
°
Change of Delivery -
Before product has despatched.
If you have realised that no-one will be
able to receive the delivery at the
address please email us at
webmaster@violetandblue.co.uk
AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE. Provided that the
order has not already been despatched we
will change the delivery address free of
charge to somewhere that someone can
receive your order.

Change of Delivery -
After product has despatched.
If you have received a card
from City Link regarding a
delivery attempt and know
that you will not be at the
address the next business
day, you can arrange to
change the delivery address
to somewhere that someone
can receive the despatch.
Unfortunately changes of
address also carry
additional charges, again
imposed by City Link, (not
